  10. 2 cardamom
  11. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder

  13. 1/2 teaspoom garlic paste
  14. 4-5 garlic cloves

  1. Peel off the Hog plums and wash. Cut every hog plum in 4 pisces. Put it in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste, black salt, 1 teaspoon "panch phoron" powder, Sugar as required and white vinegar into it. Give it a Perfect mix. Keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
  3. Now, Take a large frypan, put 1 tablespoon mustard oil and heat it on stove. Put cardamom and bay leaves with garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon whole grain "panch phoron". Fry it 1 munites.
  4. Put all the marinated Hog plum mixchure into it and cook it in a medium high flame.
  5. When the hop plum is 100% cooked, sugar is melt and chutney becomes fee Sticky, stop the flame immediately.
