- 400 gr beef
- 2 onions (middle size)
- 6 cloves garlic

Continue to boil for 5 minutes more./Kemudian tambahkan kembang kol terus rebus hingga layu. Jika kembang kol sudah siap, tambahkan tomat, daun bawang, dan seledri. Lanjutkan mendidih selama 5 menit lagi.
- Beef bones soup is ready to serve for dinner accompanied with white rice or bread (my husband is eating it with bread) and sambal kecap (chili sweet soy sauce)./Sop tulang sapi siap disajikan untuk makan malam ditemani nasi putih atau roti (suami saya memakannya dengan roti) dan sambal kecap (sambal kecap manis).
